About
Ronit Berger has worked in post-secondary education and planning for the past 16 years. After living and working on both sides of the US/Canada border, she is firmly settled in Vancouver with her husband and three children.
Teaching, writing, and working with students on their academic and educational goals and challenges have been Ronit’s passions since she first became a peer tutor at Barnard College of Columbia University. She has since completed an M.A. and Ph.D. in English Language and Literature at Rice University in Houston, Texas where she taught undergraduate courses and coordinated university writing programs, assisting students with their academic projects. Ronit has spent the last 10 years teaching and supporting students from around the globe on their educational goals, from university admissions to dissertations through Pearson Education. She also serves as a volunteer and board member at several Vancouver-area independent schools.
She is thrilled to utilize her skills and experiences to support students and families as they navigate this powerful life transition. Ronit brings her love of learning, lifelong curiosity, and listening skills to each session to motivate and encourage her clients.
In her spare time, Ronit loves to swim, read, write poetry, and attempt to patiently guide her own children through their academic journeys.
