As Options Solutions’ Administrative Manager, Lara Mullin is responsible for guiding and overseeing the administrative team. She uses her expert customer service skills and proven problem-solving abilities to explain how our services work, answer questions, and book appointments.
Lara worked in a variety of roles in personal financial services at HSBC Bank for 30 years. As a parent, she has firsthand experience of the post-secondary planning and application process, and she looks forward to continuing to work with young people at Options Solutions.
