Amid the stress of helping your student finish their last year of high school comes the stress of getting ready for post-secondary, but it doesn’t have to be such a stressful time! Whether your student will be living at home or away next year, it’s important to start thinking about how you can all adjust to these big changes.
This event will cover what to expect as a parent and how to prepare to launch your post-secondary student. We will also discuss how to set yourself and your student up for success during the first six weeks. In addition, we will cover strategies for communication and how to help your student deal with unfamiliar situations.
