Options Solutions is hiring a part-time Administrative Assistant!
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented person who is interested in working for and growing with a fast-paced educational consulting firm. The part-time position requires a high level of administrative skill.
Administrative Duties
• Perform general administrative and office support activities in a professional and courteous manner. Duties include fielding a high volume of telephone calls, receiving and directing clients at office locations, and booking electronic appointments.
• Reply to general information requests with clear and accurate information.
• Handle aspects of company finances including invoicing, bill payment and banking.
• Ensure consultants are prepared for all client meetings (prepare client files, make copies, send client reminders, etc.).
• Provide personal and administrative support to company directors.
Qualifications
The Administrative Assistant will demonstrate competence in the following areas:
• Relationships: Maintain positive working relationships with others, both internally and externally.
• Communication: Excellent oral and written skills.
• Needs Assessment: Client management – anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of clients. Maintain confidentiality.
• Teamwork: Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions to enhance organizational effectiveness; ability to undertake self-directed tasks when necessary.
• Organization: Excellent time management skills; attention to detail; the capacity to prioritize by assessing situations to determine urgency; ability to create/implement actions plans; and ability to make clear, timely decisions.
Please note that this is a part-time position. The qualified individual will work three days per week (Monday, Tuesday & Saturday, non-negotiable) to support our current administrative staff. The individual will work at both our West Vancouver and South Granville office locations.
