• Handling the post-secondary bureaucracy
• Where to go for what (ie. services available to you)

Academic:

• Motivation and how to be an independent learner
• Understanding how to learn/active listening/the learning cycle
• How to prepare for class and how to read and study from notes and
  textbooks

Non-Academic:

• Goal setting and managing your time (i.e. how to construct an effective
  study plan)
• Finding a school/life balance
• Handling everyday post-secondary situations
• Being financially responsible
