The application season is well underway, so that means it’s time to take a closer look at where you’ll be heading to school next fall. Campus tours, open houses, and virtual events are all great ways to explore your future college or university. Check out the post-secondary events below happening this month around BC.

November 15th

UNBC Undergraduate Information Session – Virtual – 5 pm

“Join our undergraduate recruitment team on Tuesday, November 15 at 5:00PM (PST) for a virtual information session. You’ll learn all about UNBC, including our program and amenities, campus life, how to apply, and more! This session is open to future students, parents, and school counsellors.”

November 17th

University of Calgary Vancouver Meet and Greet – In-Person – 6:30 pm

“Held in venues across Canada, our Meet and Greet Series connects UCalgary representatives with future students, their families, and local counselors and educators. Students will have the opportunity to speak with the Student Recruitment Team to answer any questions related to applying to the University of Calgary.”

November 19th

Capilano University Open House – In-Person – 11 am

“Join us on Saturday, Nov. 19 at our North Vancouver main campus, at any time from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., for fun activities with program areas, campus tours, and a full CapU campus experience! Get to know our world-class labs, studios, talk to faculty and other students, get help preparing your portfolio, tips to make your application to CapU stand out, and have all your questions answered!”

November 25th

TWU Preview Day – In-Person – 8:30 am

“This will be an amazing opportunity to experience a day in the life of a TWU student, learn all about what the school has to offer, and meet staff, faculty, and current students. You won’t want to miss it!”

November 26th

Explore UVic – In-Person – 10 am

“You do not want to miss this in-person, on-campus event! See what the UVic experience is like through lectures, student panels, tours, information fairs, and more. High school students, transfer students, and families are welcome!”
