About
Rosie Salas completed her BA in Philosophy from Thomas Aquinas College in MA, USA. With a great passion for the English Language, she spent her years of university, as well as her free time now, studying Latin and the etymology of English words as well as the art of Rhetoric and philosophical reasoning. These areas of study have given her a unique set of skills which help her support and coach students as they meet challenges on their individual writing journeys. Rosie has spent the last few years teaching after-school programs in writing, English grammar, and comprehension, as well as teaching English as a Second Language to a diverse range of students. She truly cares about supporting and understanding each student’s goals and academic dreams, and she hopes to encourage confidence and a passion for writing in students in order to help them reach those goals.
In Rosie’s free time, she loves to work on her creative projects, from painting to baking and all of the things in between. She is an avid reader and enjoys any book from a classic Jane Austen to an intense mystery.
