We know that many of our grade 11s and 12s missed the chance to visit post-secondary campuses this spring, and while nothing quite replaces an in-person tour, we’ve compiled a list of virtual campus tours from across the country that you can do from the comfort of your couch. Each campus tour offers students a chance to learn some of the ins and outs of their prospective institutions and gain insider information that can help when it comes to decision making. So let the tour begin!
British Columbia Virtual Campus Tours
SFU, UBC, UVic, and Emily Carr all offer guided virtual tour videos, which allow students a glimpse of each institution’s unique campus.
SFU also offers students the ability to register for live, guided virtual tours.
Alberta Virtual Campus Tours
The University of Calgary and the Univerisity of Alberta both offer guided virtual tour videos so students can get a feel for campus from their living rooms.
You can also sign up for live, guided virtual tours of the Univerisity of Calgary.
Ontario Virtual Campus Tours
The University of Toronto, Guelph, Western, Laurier, and Waterloo offer 360 video tours that we found especially fun. Queen’s offers students the chance to view campus from their couch while Ryerson, Carleton, York, and McMaster all provide different versions of guided virtual tours.
Guelph, McMaster, and Waterloo also offer students the ability to register for live, guided virtual tours.
Québec Virtual Campus Tours
McGill and Bishop’s offer virtual tours of their campuses with lots of pictures and helpful hints about their facilities.
Concordia offers students the ability to register for live, guided virtual tours.
Atlantic Virtual Campus Tour
Dalhousie, St. FX, Acadia, and Mount Allison give students a chance to experience each campus through their virtual campus tours.
