Options English 101 is designed to lead students through different essay styles every two weeks. Your instructor will introduce each new essay style to you, before giving you lots of time to practice. Not only will this help you dabble in different genres of writing, but it will also give you a better foundation for when you encounter these essay styles in your English class.

During every Options 101 session, students will receive personalized feedback from their instructors about the essays they write. This allows students to learn to identify their own writing strengths and challenges and actively implement the feedback they’re given in subsequent classes.
