Programs for Incoming Grade 12 Students

US Admissions Boot Camp

(Aug 10-14 – WV)

A one-week session that helps students understand and tackle the US admissions process.

One Day US Admissions Writing Workshop 

(Jul 16 – WV; Aug 20 – SG)

This session will introduce students to essay writing for US applications, including the Common Application, short answers and individual university essays.

Canadian Admissions Boot Camp

(Aug 20-21 – WV; Sept 2-3 – SS)

A two-day session that helps students understand and tackle the Canadian admissions process.

One Day Canadian Admissions Writing Workshop

(Sept 19 – SG; Sept 26 – WV; Oct 3 – SS)

The Canadian Admissions Writing Workshop will introduce students to supplemental writing for Canadian applications.

UK Admissions Workshop

(Sept 5 – WV)

A one-day workshop that introduces students to the UK admissions process and the UCAS application system.

 

Programs for Incoming Grade 11 Students (US-Interested)

SAT Boot Camp

(Jul 13-17; Aug 24-28 – WV)

A one-week session that focuses on helping students master the SAT through mock exams and group prep.

ACT Boot Camp

(Jul 27-31; Aug 31-Sept 4 – WV)

A one-week session that focuses on helping students master the ACT through mock exams and group prep.

 

Programs for All Secondary Students

Writing & Executive Functioning Skills

High School Essay Writing Boot Camp

(Jul 20-24 – SG; Aug 10-14 – WV)

A one-week course that will prepare students for English and all writing-based courses at the high school level.

Back to School Study Skills Workshop

(Sept 19 – SG; Sept 26 – WV; Oct 3 – SS)

A three-hour back-to-school primer to help students start the year right by learning organization, study, and motivation skills, and executive functioning strategies

 

Math Preparation

Pre-Calculus 12 Boot Camp – Enriched (Aug 24-28 – WV)

A one-week course introducing the concepts of pre-calculus math 12 for incoming students.

Pre-Calculus 12 Boot Camp (Aug 17-21 – WV; Aug 24-28 – SS)

A one-week course introducing the concepts of pre-calculus math 11 for incoming students with under 80% in math 10.

Pre-Calculus 11 Boot Camp

(Aug 31-Sept 4 – WV; Aug 24-28 – SS)

A one-week course introducing the concepts of pre-calculus math 11 for incoming students with over 80% in math 10.

Intro to Calculus (Calculus 12) Boot Camp

(Aug 31-Sept 4 – WV; Aug 31-Sept 4 – SS)

A one-week session of differential and integral calculus and applications, with emphasis on understanding the concepts and methods for students entering Calculus 12, AP Calculus, or first-year university calculus.

University Send-Off Course

(Aug 12 – WV; Aug 15 – SS; Aug 20 – SG)

This session will prepare students for post-secondary success from an academic and non-academic perspective.

Intro to University Level Writing Workshop

(Aug 11-12 – WV; Aug 20-21 – SG)

A two-day course that prepares university-bound students for the challenges of writing for different disciplines at the post-secondary level.

 

Programs for Post-Secondary Students

Preparing for Life After University Course

(Aug 24 – WV)

This session will prepare students for life after university by focusing on career exploration and resume building.

Law School 101 Workshop

(Jun 17 – WV; July 25 – SG)

A three-hour workshop that is geared towards students planning to apply to law school and related programs.

Medical School Application Prep Workshop

(Aug 13 – WV)

A three-hour writing workshop that is geared towards students applying to medical school and related programs.

We help you navigate the complex post-secondary selection process in Canada, the United States, the UK and abroad.

We construct progressive action plans for the future, based on each student’s individual strengths, values, and interests.
