If you’re looking to study abroad or take a gap year to gain an international perspective and cross-cultural experience, the Study and Go Abroad Fair, which is one of the largest international university and student travel expos of its kind, is where you should start. Held at the Vancouver Convention Centre on Thursday, September 26th from 3pm to 7pm, the event will feature free seminars to kick off the fair beginning at 2pm and running until 6pm. Admission to the fair is free and you have an option to register beforehand or at the event.
Located in the East Ballroom at the Convention Level, the main fair will include a variety of exhibitors that offer information on university admissions from around the world, volunteer opportunities and gap-year activities, adventure travel, and internship and work experience programs abroad. The free seminars this year will present useful tips and advice on searching and applying for scholarships, careers in the hospitality and tourism industry and sports, event and entertainment management, admissions to medicine and veterinary medicine in the UK.
