TRY/CATCH 2022 – Computing and Technology Conference for Her: Burnaby
TRY/CATCH is an outreach project organized by the Women in Computing Science (WiCS) at Simon Fraser University. This year’s conference takes place October 22 and is for high school girls/non-binary students in grades eight through 12. The goal of this project is to help develop students’ interest in computing science, engineering, and technology.

Throughout the event, students will participate in activities to develop their programming, robotics, and other computing-related skills while expanding their network and learning about the advantages of working in the technology field. For more information, the detailed event schedule, and the workshop list check out the TRY/CATCH website.
