2016 Provincial Prep Program

on

In a few months, students in Grades 10, 11 and 12 will take their Provincial exams. These exams are important: all exams count for 20% of a student’s final mark, except for English 12, which counts for a whopping 40%! For success on exam day, you’ll need to prepare. While the exams do reflect the academic curriculum, there are many reasons why investing in prep is a good idea.

Each year, we continue to expand our provincial prep program options to meet student demand. Last year, our students provided valuable feedback on the program, and this year, we’re excited to offer the following program:

  • Mock Provincial Exam Sessions: Students complete a three-hour practice exam, followed by a two-hour debrief of the marked multiple choice and the essay questions.
  • Super Study Sessions: Receive tips and instruction for exams; review sample questions, literary terms, reading passages, and essays as a group.
