Intro to Canadian Supplement Writing Workshop
Writing a university application essay is your chance to tell a school who you are beyond grades and extracurricular activities. Our Intro to Canadian Supplement Writing Workshop is a three-hour session that introduces students to the components of writing for Canadian applications. The session includes a presentation that outlines the university application essay genre and practical brainstorming activities and writing exercises under the guidance of Options writing coaches.
Supplement Writing Workshop
Writing is a process. Start early, give yourself time to brainstorm ideas, and leave time to edit and rework your pieces. Our three-hour Supplement Writing Workshop supports students working to complete the writing portions of their university and scholarship applications, including essays, personal statements, activities summaries, and resumes. Options writing coaches are available at every session to offer feedback and suggestions.
Canadian Application Workshop
Every Canadian post-secondary school has their own application process – and our consultant team knows how to approach each one! Our three-hour Canadian Application Workshop will guide students through creating their accounts, entering their information correctly, and hitting submit. You’ll leave the session confident you’ve checked all the right boxes and your application is on its way to being reviewed.
Video Interview Workshop
If you need to submit a video as part of your university application, then our three-hour Video Interview Workshop is the session for you! Students will learn about the main components of video interview requirements and the typical kinds of questions asked. They will then have time to come up with their own answers to some sample questions, practice, and then evaluate and improve on their responses.
