Meet Our Team: Interview with Chloe Bouskill, Office Manager

This month, we sat down with Chloe Bouskill, one of our office managers, to learn more about her role at Options.

Tell us a little about yourself and your role at Options Solutions.

I grew up in West Vancouver and attended Caulfield Elementary School and Rockridge Secondary School. My role at Options Solutions is Office Manager at the West Vancouver office, and I love being able to work in the community I grew up in and being able to stay connected with it.

What do you enjoy most about working at Options? What do you find is the most unique aspect of working at Options?

I love seeing the diversity of clients we have at Options. Regardless of a student’s background, aspirations, or situation, they can come to Options and meet with our consultants and our writing coaches to get guidance for their next steps – and enjoy the experience! It’s particularly exciting to see clients who have been coming here since they were in grade 10 or 11 achieve admission to a dream school and to share in that accomplishment with them.

What is the value of engaging Options’ services?

One of the things I hear a lot from parents when they stop by the front desk is that the application process today is very different than the process they went through when they applied. Parents say they feel so much better about what their children are doing and their path forward, once they have a consultant’s support and advice to ease their worries and answer their questions.

What’s something people may not know about you?

I love to travel and if I’m not spending my time or money on discovering other countries, I’m often attending concerts (sometimes I combine the two, which usually leads to the best experiences).
