Youreka Canada↗️: Vancouver, BC
Youreka’s Student Investigator program pairs high school students with undergraduate mentors across seven Canadian universities to create research projects and compete at regional and national symposiums. Students conduct self-directed research projects that contribute to nationwide scientific advancements. Youreka’s data science-based curriculum gives students the tools to become global leaders, ready to tackle challenges in areas like biomedicine, social science, corporate finance, and more!
Youreka strives to empower youth across Canada to become innovators, leaders, and citizen scientists by connecting them with meaningful learning experiences and mentorship through our 10-week program.
Student Investigators
Grades 9-12
- Actively participate in a university-partnered research group
- Conduct novel research to address real-life within your community
- Build lab-relevant skills
- Present your findings to a panel of esteemed graduate students and professors
- Write and potentially publish a scientific manuscript
