Beginning September 1st, 2013, Options Solutions Educational Consultants will move to a 48-hour cancellation policy for all sessions booked, including individual appointments with our educational consultants and writing consultants, group sessions and workshops.
All sessions occurring after September 1st, regardless of the date they were booked, are subject to the 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments and workshops canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
As of July 1st, reminder e-mails for all sessions will be sent 48 hours in advance to help our current clients transition into the policy change. Please note that the reminder e-mails are a courtesy, and it is the client’s responsibility to record and remember all the sessions he or she books.
