About
Will comes from a creative background with years of experience as a copywriter, creative director, and entrepreneur. Early in his career, he also worked as a researcher and reporter for Canadian Business magazine. He has written everything from magazine articles to websites, marketing brochures, TV and radio ads.
As a writing coach, he is passionate about helping students ‘connect the dots’ along their academic and extra-curricular journeys to discover what makes them unique. He combines creative thinking with practical strategies to equip students with skills to navigate the complexities of essay writing and stand out in the admissions process.
He holds a B.A. from UBC in Psychology and English and a Bachelor of Journalism from Toronto Metropolitan University. He has also recently completed a certificate in Career Development from SFU. In his free time, Will likes to read, spend time with his family and go for hikes in the forest with his Bernese Mountain Dog, named Maui.
