Our administrative team is the backbone of our offices, and they are the first point of contact when clients call or e-mail the front desk. They are responsible for day-to-day administrative duties that keep the offices running smoothly and provide ongoing support to all other staff members. They are happy to help clients – current or new – to make the most of their experience at Options Solutions.

As Options Solutions’ Communication Coordinator, Claire expertly represents our values and promotes our services through blogs, newsletters, social media, and email. She also portrays Options values and beliefs through her creative posts and curated content. Claire also builds relationships with our families to offer outstanding client service as part of our administrative team.

Claire grew up on the North Shore and holds a BA with Distinction in Honours Communication from Simon Fraser University. While at university, she danced with a semi-professional company and was honoured to compete and win a prize at an international ballet competition. She also worked in customer service and started her own social media brand, which continues to flourish. Claire enjoys applying her passions for creativity, excellent customer service, business communications, and digital media to her role at Options Solutions. She is dedicated to supporting students in achieving their educational and professional goals.
