Our administrative team is the backbone of our offices, and they are the first point of contact when clients call or e-mail the front desk. They are responsible for day-to-day administrative duties that keep the offices running smoothly and provide ongoing support to all other staff members. They are happy to help clients – current or new – to make the most of their experience at Options Solutions.
As Options Solutions’ Client Care Specialist, Amelia expertly explains how our consulting services work, answers questions about current programs, and books appointments. Amelia also builds relationships with our families to offer outstanding client service as part of our administrative team.
Having applied to schools both in the UK and Canada, and receiving offers to her preferred choices, Amelia moved to Vancouver in 2011 from England. Amelia relocated after she was accepted and awarded a Presidential Scholars Award to The University of British Columbia, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. As a result of her experiences, Amelia has first-hand knowledge of international studies and immigration procedures. In her downtime Amelia enjoys traveling, skiing, canoeing and dog training in Vancouver
