Where the Jobs Are

According to a report released [earlier this year] by the Canadian Council on Learning (CCL), the labour demand in the environmental sector is expected to increase by nearly 40,000 jobs by 2011, yet enrolment in post-secondary environmental programs has decreased by 9% since 1999.
