SAT Test: Are you signed up?

The SAT Test is offered several times per year and the first fall SAT test date for Canadian/International students interested in applying to U.S. schools for September 2013 admission is October 6^th, 2012. The international registration deadline is Friday, September 7^th.

The SAT I (Verbal Reasoning) Test is one of two standardized tests (ACT being the other) for U.S. admissions that tests the applicant’s knowledge and problem-solving skills in Critical Reading, Writing and Mathematics.

To register for the SAT I by September 7^th, go to College Board via this link, http://sat.collegeboard.org/register/sat-international-dates.  It provides information on the registration procedures, your school code and test venues. Click on “Register Now” to go to the sign-in page and you will be required to sign up for an account to get started. The deadline for changing your registration is September 21^st. The Country Code for British Columbia is 651.

When you register, you will be able to choose the desired date for writing the test and a test centre. After you register you will receive an immediate confirmation and get 24-hour access to registration for printing or correcting your Admission Ticket.
